The journeys you can expect from our fertility clinic Ipswich

  • IVF – You’ve probably heard of IVF before, which stands for In-Vitro Fertilisation. The process involves fertilising eggs with sperm in a laboratory incubator. It’s also known as a stimulated cycle, as you take drugs to stimulate your body before the collection of eggs.
  • Donor or frozen embryo treatment – With this process, embryos from a previous cycle or a donor will be placed into your womb. Although the journey is similar to IVF, you don’t have to take drugs, which means it is called an un-stimulated cycle.
  • Alternative treatments – While a lot depends on your situation, which we will discuss with you in detail, other types of treatment include surrogacy, fertility preservation, egg freezing, help from donors, surgery, or embarking on a natural cycle to try to have a child.
