What to expect at our fertility clinic – Harlow residents

Choosing a fertility clinic isn’t easy, as you’ll undoubtedly have several questions and concerns about diagnosis and treatment. At Simply Fertility, we’ve found that patients come to us for our convenient location, treatment options, encouraging success rates, inclusive packages, friendly staff, strong reputation, and ongoing support.

Common services and treatments include:

  • In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) Treatment – IVF treatment requires more eggs than in a natural cycle, so the ovaries are stimulated by drugs to increase the number of mature eggs available for fertilisation. These are then placed in a laboratory incubator with your partner or donor’s sperm for fertilisation to occur.
  • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) – Only a small number of sperm are required for ICSI, which means this treatment is appropriate for couples where the man has low numbers of normal, motile sperm and would be unsuitable for treatment with IVF unless a donor is used.
  • Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) – This type of treatment is appropriate if you have unexplained infertility or ovulation problems. It can also be suitable if your male partner experiences impotence or premature ejaculation.
  • Donating sperm – We always welcome sperm donations, as it is in short supply. Simply Fertility realises how important sperm donors are, as without them, several families wouldn’t be able to start a family.
  • Donating eggs – Every year, there are thousands of people whose only chance of having a baby is through either egg or sperm donation. We always welcome egg donors, as there is a waiting list for patients to receive them.
  • Surrogacy – While surrogacy isn’t a donor programme in the conventional sense, it may involve elements of our services. Examples of medical conditions that might make surrogacy necessary include absence or malformation of the womb, recurrent pregnancy loss, or repeated IVF implantation failures.
